The Villa Lou Pas Dei Cabres is located on a terraced hillside of 6,500
square meters of private land (1.5 acres). The view from the property
is a panorama of the surrounding mountains of the Maritime Alps, the
Gorge du Loup and the medieval village of Gourdon on its promontory
2,400 feet above sea level. This pastoral setting is within a short
distance to the villages of Vence, St. Paul de Vence and the jewels
of the Riviera, Nice and Cannes.
The gated property is entered by a private drive and is comprised of
two Provencal style stone houses with terra cotta tile roofs. The houses are intended
to be rented together and will sleep up to 10 people. There are several
terraces, both sunny and shaded, a new tile swimming pool, a petanque
court and olive, lemon, cherry and apple trees. A wonderful variety
of flowers including jasmine, lavender and hydrangeas grace the property.
